**First Appearance:** #book10 A tourist attraction where Van sets up a meeting. The planet itself is about the size of Jupiter, but the ring system surrounding it extends nearly four times farther than Saturn’s does. It doesn't have a sharp outer edge but rather just faded into an ethereal dimness. Up close, it's clear they were made up of a multitude of rocky, icy chunks. It is located in an empty system just outside the spinward reaches of known space, on the edge of a ring of asteroids surrounding a Saturnian world with dozens of moons. The star is a red dwarf with only about half a Solar mass, so its gravity well is correspondingly small, and the ringed spectacle orbits near the fringe of it.
