She seems to be about the same age as [[Lunzemor Nyatt|Lunzy]] or [[Trayner Gerhardt|Gerhardt]]. She has angular features, like they’d been chiseled in ice. Probably in her late fifties, she has iron-gray hair and wears a dark uniform. Her voice is low, resonant, and devoid of warmth or cheer. It carried a tone of menace, one that said the speaker was feral, dangerous, a killer. Captain of the Dark Star ship. She happens to be Van's Mom. Feral, can be trusted to do whatever is best for her or her cause of the moment. Not maternal at all. Her grandfather fought at Gettysburg, her father was one of four survivors of his freighter being torpedoed somewhere near Ireland in the Great War. She is not always lucid, and is barely civilized. Not good at becoming human again. Left Van twice, the first time out of necessity, urgent things happening that she had to deal with.
